This policy explains how products and services purchased from the International Journal of Sustainability and ESG (IJSE), published by Persatuan Inkubator Usahawan (PIU), are delivered, and how returns are handled.
1. Digital delivery – no physical shipping
All products currently sold in the IJSE store – journal issues, research papers, research reports and journal-related services – are digital. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fees are charged. Products are available to customers worldwide.
2. Delivery time and method
- Instant delivery: once your payment is confirmed by CHIP or Stripe, a secure download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
- My Account: registered customers can download their purchases at any time under My Account → Downloads.
- High-value research reports: where institutional or corporate verification is required, the report is released within 3 working days after payment and verification are complete.
- Services (such as Article Processing Charges): no item is delivered; the payment is applied to your manuscript or service and confirmed by email.
3. If you do not receive your download
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the download link within 24 hours of payment, contact us with your order number and we will resend it or deliver the file manually.
4. Returns
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once a download link has been made available, the sale is final, except where the file is faulty, was not delivered, or you were charged in error. In those cases we will provide a replacement file or a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Physical products
If printed journal issues or other physical items are offered in future, shipping methods, fees, delivery times and return conditions will be stated on the product page and on this page before purchase.
